NEOgreen is produced in order to substitute EtBr. Same as the existing method, to make 100ml of Gel, 5~10ul of NEOgreen is needed. Therefore, the exprimental method doesn’t need to be changed. Blue light (470nm) and UV transilluminator can be used with it to observe the DNA gel.
